ANC 1E Chairman and candidate for Ward 1 Councilmember Brian Footer calls the youth curfew a good temporary tool to stabilize the summer spike in crime. The curfew applies to anyone 17 or younger who is in a group of nine or more between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m.
